Sci-Fi Friday Resumes
If I’m remembering correctly, Sci-Fi Friday has new seasons starting tonight (SG1, SG-Atlantis, and Battlestar Galactica).
I’m most interested in BG…it’s my favorite show currently on the air (except for the Simpsons, which kind of doesn’t count. Although the show demands great respect for all it’s done over the years, the “newer” episodes are nowhere near as good as the earlier ones. So the current season of it really isn’t as good as the current season of BG.).

So, how was BG last night? It’s my favorite currently airing show too but I probably wont get to see it until it comes out on DVD.
Good….It’s part one of a two parter.
I love the show. I made the perhaps mistake of telling someone I work with to watch it though. I say mistake because he hadn’t seen it before and me, thinking it was good, and that I had loaned him Firefly and he liked it, though maybe he’d like this too (though the two shows aren’t really alike…). Once I started watching it though, I thought damn, this is like a soap opera….it has such a heavy story arc, not even the intro “last time on…” clips really explain it well enough to be anything but lost if you’ve never seen it before… that’s what I love about it though
I’m giving some plot details, so feel free to stop reading now…
The last episode ended with the Pegasus and Galactica about ready to fight over the chief and the one guy who killed a Pegasus officer. They call it quits so they can attack a Cylon fleet. It all ends with Adoma and the Admiral setting up plans to kill the other, which should happen one way or another next week.
