A guy I work with went to the Detroit Auto Show back in January and he came back with a bunch of pictures. I happened to notice that the Ferrari was plugged in in this one…
That’s right. This is the world’s first Electric Ferrari concept car. You might be thinking this doesn’t make any sense. Ferrari’s are built for speed and electric cars just aren’t fast. Think no more my friend, as a dedicated team of engineers has solved the problem. I really have no details (for obvious reasons), but even though a normal electric car will do 0 to 60 in 10 seconds or worse, this puppy will do it in a mere 4.5 seconds. The only downside, as one might expect, is battery life. Despite having more storage capacity than most electric cars, the operating range of this stallion is limited to 750 feet.
