Pie
Milenka did something incredible last night. She made a pie!
She rarely cooks, and when she does, it is good, but she never thinks so.
I had a piece this morning, and after taking a bite I said “Mmm, this is good dear.” The exact response I got was a snippy “What’s that supposed to mean?”
I just wanted to say good job dear! Now all 5 people who come here will know…:P

This is the “Someone from Australia!” I think Milenka is too young to be called “dear” You should have said “This pie tastes great you sexy young thing” and you would have got a better response. Just a thought.
She would have scoffed at such a comment..
Lucas you crack me up….
what kind of pie did ‘dear’ Milenka make for you?
I’m sorry she waiting until after we left to make a pie! I want some pie too.
“Dear” is a very common term of endearment in the Richardson household, isn’t it? I’ve even picked up on it (along with a bunch of other Milenka-isms) and started referring to Andrew as “dear” more and more.
A-hem, that should be “waited”. I blame my unfamiliarity with the keyboard…
OKay, so the pie was pretty good, if I do say so myself. I’ll have to make more, though I don’t actually have enough apples for a second one.
And “dear” *is* a popular term in our household. Actually, it’s the only one we use, moreso than even names.
Ooohhh…good to know C is picking up things from me! I’ll have to ask which ones!
We say “dear” a lot here as well. Mostly Larry telling me I’m right in a sarcastic tone of “yes dear” hee hee…..but I *am* always right of course……….we ALL know that…
